Partner in the firm’s Litigation Group in Toronto. Erica’s practice is focused on complex commercial disputes, including commercial arbitrations and real estate and construction disputes, professional liability and health law with a particular expertise in end-of-life disputes, as well as complex estates, trusts and capacity litigation. She has appeared as counsel in motions, applications, trials, appeals, arbitrations and administrative tribunals before all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada. Erica received her LLB from the University of Ottawa in 2000 (summa cum laude), where she achieved the awards for the top standing in both evidence and conflict of laws. She graduated with distinction from the University of Western Ontario with a BA (Hons) in philosophy. She is an Adjunct Professor at Western University Law School teaching Advanced Contracts. She is a member of The Advocates’ Society and Ontario Bar Association. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2002.
