Recent transactional experience includes representing: General Atlantic Partners in its strategic growth investments in Plusgrade and Jobber; Tricon Residential Inc. in its US$3.5 billion acquisition by an affiliate of Blackstone, Inc.; Canadian regulatory counsel for TRADER Corporation in connection with its proposed acquisition by AutoScout24 from Thoma Bravo; and TRADER Corporation in the acquisition of the Canadian operations of Dealertrack from Cox Automotive’s Canadian Retail business.
