Reinhold has extensive experience in structuring complex financial transactions relating to investments across Canada, the United States, South America, Europe, and Asia in a variety of fields, including resources, real estate, and large industry. Reinhold also has extensive experience in structuring tax efficient investment structures for foreign investors acquiring and making investments and acquisitions in Canada. He is recognized in International Tax Review’s World Tax Rankings, Best Lawyers in Canada and Chambers Canada for Tax Law. He was named Tax Law Lawyer of the Year in Vancouver for 2013 by Best Lawyers. Reinhold is called to the British Columbia Bar (1993).

The acquisition, the amount of which was undisclosed, was effected through a newly-formed limited partnership, English Bay Batter L.P.
