(PAHI), completed the sale of substantially all of its assets, including the passenger terminal at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (BBTCA), to Nieuport Aviation Infrastructure Partners GP (Nieuport), a consortium of Canadian and international infrastructure equity investors.
