National leader of the Charities and Not-for-Profits Group. Represents for-profit and not-for-profit organizations on a wide range of business and commercial matters, including governance and strategic initiatives, board orientation, and legal audits of operations, to name a few. She frequently speaks on a range of business-related topics and is a sought-after facilitator, and provides extensive governance training. Known for her knowledge and expertise and her practical and value-driven solutions that she developed throughout her career assisting numerous Canadian corporations and organizations achieve their business objectives as well as international entities with respect to carrying on business operations in Canada. Past Chair of the OBA Charity and Not-for-Profit Law Section and currently serves on the executive of the CBA Charities and Not-for-Profit Law Section.
