Bruno Caron chairs the ESG and carbon finance group at Miller Thomson, focusing on commercial law, capital markets transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. On October 13, 2004, EnerVest Diversified Income Trust completed an exchange offer under which EnerVest issued approximately 22.5 million of its trust units at $7.34 per unit in exchange for units of 118 different income, royalty and real estate investment trusts and limited partnerships, all of which such issuers are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
