Lindsay Clements is a partner at Cassels. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law, primarily mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. Lindsay also provides advice to Canadian and international companies on Canadian securities regulation and provides guidance on corporate governance matters. Lindsay has extensive experience with complex securities and financing transactions, particularly those within the mining sector. At Cassels, Lindsay serves as Co-Chair of the Business Law Group. She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2002.
