Recent transactions include advising the successful bidder for the GO Rail Expansion – On Corridor Works Project, the successful bidder for the Edmonton Valley Line West LRT Project, the lenders to a bidder for the Ontario Line RSSOM Project, the lenders to a bidder for the Ontario Line Southern Civil, Stations and Tunnel Project, the lenders to the successful bidder for the Grandview Children’s Hospital Project, a bidder for the Broadway Subway Project, and the lenders to the successful bidder for the QEII Bayers Lake Hospital Project. On September 28, 2018, Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, a Crown corporation of the Government of Canada, reached financial close with Bridging North America General Partnership (a partnership indirectly held by ACS Infrastructure Canada Inc., Fluor Canada Ltd. and Aecon Concessions, a division of Aecon Construction Group Inc.) for the design, construction, financing, operations, maintenance and rehabilitation of the Gordie Howe International Bridge Project, a new publicly-owned international bridge crossing between Windsor, Ont., and Detroit, Michigan.

On August 14, 2014, Hôpital Général de Hawkesbury & District General Hospital Inc. (HGH) and Infrastructure Ontario reached financial close with 2423403 Ontario Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bondfield Construction Company Limited (Bondfield Project Co) to build and finance the Hawkesbury & District General Hospital Redevelopment Project, located in Hawkesbury, Ontario. Bondfield Construction Company Limited will act as the Construction Contractor.
