With a dual call in Ontario and New York, Josh advises clients on commercial agreements for the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of major infrastructure and public-private partnership (PPP) projects on both sides of the Canada/US border. Josh works with project participants spanning the infrastructure ecosystem – representing government authorities, developers, construction contractors, service providers, lenders, and underwriters – on all aspects of development and financing transactions across the spectrum of social and economic infrastructure, including healthcare, broadband, transit and transportation, water and wastewater, education, and power.
