Has been involved in the structuring and execution of a variety of M&A transactions, including complex international mergers and hostile takeover bids. Has worked extensively with foreign-based private equity funds with Canadian-oriented acquisitions and investments. Has been significantly involved in assisting companies with various corporate governance matters and in representing companies and individuals with enforcement matters initiated by the Ontario Securities Commission.
